Billionaire Mukesh Ambani on Thursday announced a Rs 75,000 crore investment in setting up four 'Giga' factories to make solar photovoltaic cells, green hydrogen, batteries, and fuel cells over the next three years. He also said Reliance will set up 100 GW of solar power generating capacity. India will present to the world a template of a Green Economy Movement. We will build two additional divisions to further strengthen the green energy ecosystem.
He also announced the launch of JioPhone Next, a fully-featured smartphone, that is developed in partnership with Google.JioPhone next will be launched first in India on September 10, and later it will be taken to many other countries. Mukesh Ambani said that Jio will use Google Cloud's next-generation technologies to power Jio's 5G solutions.
